WEDDING ARCHITECTURE
Yes, it's a fancy new term for "wedding planning", but the truth is this is your wedding, not ours (something that many wedding planners seem to confuse along the way). You tell us the dream and we show you how we will help your build it.
* The Dream: Our first full planning meetings discuss your perfect dream wedding. All aspects of the wedding are addressed on a general level to guage the feasibility of your vision. 2-3 hours in length.
* Location, Location, Location: It has to happen somewhere... but where? Using our extensive knowledge and experience, we can help you find the perfect location. Traditional Venues to Secret Gems to Magical Destinations... we won't Rest until you are completely comfortable with your setting.
* The Team: With more than a decade in the wedding business in the city, we've compiled a list of our very favorite suppliers. Unlike others in the industry, we never take commissions from suppliers. This allows us complete freedom of choice to reflect your needs and style when we refer you to specific vendors. Although our list is large and continuously updated, the vendors we refer to each client differ based on their tastes and budget. Our suppliers are recommended based on the quality of service they provide. Our standards are extremely high and those who have a record of poor service are promptly removed. Should you have chosen your own suppliers in any area, it is not a problem as long as they are agreeable to keeping an open line of communication with us. We do need to work hand-in-hand with your team to ensure complete satisfaction.
* Art Direction: If you want your wedding to look as beautiful as possible, we are here to assist you. We will help you realize your ultimate vision and ensure that the detqails are perfect. Many of our weddings have been featured in magazines, both print and online, and have been nominated for various style awards.
* Rehearsal: Full coverage includes attendance at your rehearsal to enure everyone is very aware of their role and how the service is to occur. Copies of the final wedding day schedule and maps (if necessary) are provided by us to all in attendance.
Attendance on the day: We typically provide 10-12 hours of coverage on the wedding day which includes final site inspection at the ceremony site and overseeing the installation of all décor and suppliers at the venue. We are there to ensure that the wedding and reception flow in a timely manner and should any problems occur that they be corrected immediately. It is your wedding, you should be there to enjoy it. Let us take over and leave you free to enjoy the day. We will tweak décor, hand out programs, organize receiving lines, keep the meal service, speeches and entertainment on time. We will take care of unruly children or unexpected guests, we will pay vendors and ensure that emergency kits are available should anyone spill red wine on their shirt or split a seam while dancing.
* Fees: Each wedding is unique and the needs of each couple can vary tremendously. Following an initial consultation, a formal quote will be presented based on needs and overall budget of the wedding. Our full planning typically runs $2800-6000 for the average wedding.

BBF (Bride's Best Friend)
- Initial consultation to discuss complete vision for the day.
- Little Black Book - preferred supplies compiled for you.
- Schedule Preparation and distribution to vendors and confirmation of all details with vendors one week prior to the wedding.
- Attendance at the rehearsal (must be booked in advance).
- 8 hours coverage on the wedding day (ceremony through dinner). Additional hours available.
- Fee: $1650.

Budget Blitz
The reality is that this is likely the most expensive party you'll ever throw. This meeting can be frightening, but highly worthwhile if you are worried about how much it will cost. A realistic look at your own proposed budget us discussed in detail and honest feedback is provided as well as advice on where to spend and where to save. You will leave with a sense of empowerment and armed with a concrete plan for how to have a wonderful wedding with the worry of drowning in debt the day after.
Fee: $350 (2 hours) - for a couple
Fee: $500 (3 hours) - for groups up to 6 (perfect if a few of your friends are getting married soon; add a bottle of wine and the whole thing becomes a lot more fun!
* This service is included with the packages but available to others. Recommended and most effective at the very start of the planning process.

The Plan
Congratulations! You're engaged. You are ready to start... but where? This meeting will give you a working plan for how to begin that is specifically designed for your wedding. We can include anything such as "setting the date" (if you've always dreamed of tulips, why would you pick an August date? We will help you figure out what's important. what's not, where to go to find great vendors and alert you to potential areas of concern and how to avoid stress. This is the meeting that will save you time, money and stress in the long run. Everyone who has ever taken it has told me it's the best money they spent on their wedding.
Fee: $400 (2-3 hours) - for a couple
Fee: $600 (3-4 hours) - for a group, up to 4 brides (individual follow-up email "cheat sheet" provided for each client following the meeting)
* This service is included with the packages but available to others. A perfect gift for a newly engaged friend or family member.

Destination
If all this talk of planning making you want to run away, or perhaps you've always dream of having the sand & surf as a backdrop for you wedding, you are far from alone. Destinatiomn weddings are a growing trend now accounting for 10% of the Canadian market. Some tour operators are for the first time ever offering "stand-alone" destination wedding brochures.
While it may seem easy to simply "run away and get married", nothing could be further from the truth. Having a planner to help you find the right resort and help you coordinate the details is essential. While tour operators and resorts might be desperately trying to sell you their services, they are often oblivious to the things that make you want to wed abroad in the first place and can be very vague in what they can actually promise and deliver.
We can help you chose the destination and property that is perfect for you. We will work with a well respected travel agent to ensure you get the very best service and price. We will alert you to the ups and downs of a beach or other destination wedding so you know exactly what to expect.
Fees: vary depending on destination. Minimum $1200 planning fee + travel expenses.
Far & Away - Planning a local Toronto or Southern Ontario wedding, but you currently live abroad? We have worked with numerous out-of-town couples to ensure that all they need to do is "show up". We can arrange to meet you wherever you live or communicate through email and phone to ensure you are completely comfortable with every decision made. An essential service for those looking to have a local wedding without the time or resources to frequently travel back and forth.

Same Sex Weddings
It is legal to marry in Ontario. We have very progressive legislation which allows same-sex marriages and it has been our great pleasure to be one of the first companies to offer wedding planning for same-sex couples. We underatand some of the more specific needs of our clients. Whether you want a simple ceremony at our City Hall, or something more unique, we can help you have the wedding you've always dreamed of.
